Project Manager (Palo Alto, CA)

One of the largest healthcare companies in the Bay Area is looking for a Project Manager to join their Sustainability team in Palo Alto. This team supports the companies sustainability program office with initiatives involving hazardous waste and energy conservation. As a project manager, you will be working cross functionally with multiple teams, high level executives and stakeholders to provide support and management with multiple projects. You will also create and present high-level updates on the teams sustainability projects through MS PowerPoint, and create/analyze data using MS Excel. This is a hybrid position working 1 day a week on-site in Palo Alto, CA and 4 days remote.

- 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager

- Excel (V-Look Up, Pivot Tables, Gantt Chart)

- Expert knowledge of how to create/manipulate data and create reports using Excel

- Create PowerPoint presentations and present to VP and high level stakeholders

- Assertive personality
