A startup company is seeking a Sales Operations Admin who has experience working with Salesforce and wearing multiple hats (this is working for a 15 person startup and this person will be helping out in many aspects of the sales cycle). This role is 100% remote and a permanent full time role paying $25 - $33/hr depending on experience. You will be working very closely with the founder of the company and will essentially be his right hand helping out with all sales cycle related items. You will be expected to document in the CRM (salesforce) so that everyone can look in the system and understand exactly where the sale stands. We are looking for someone organize who understands a sales Lifecyle.

3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (looking at sales insights/and meticulously documenting everything in the CRM) and a Bachelors Degree OR 7 years of experience with Salesforce and no degree
Background in sales (understanding sales cycles)
Pharmaceutical distribution experience
Ability to wear multiple hats (this is a 15 person start up)
Excellent written and verbal communication (and attention to detail)
