Insight Global is looking to hire a Project Admin to support the Head of Corporate Real Estate at one of top semiconductor companies in the bay area. This role will be 5 days a week onsite - with the understanding that the Project Admin will be working a normal 40 hours and the occasional need for OT.
You will have oversight over multiple projects at 13 different customer sites. These sites need constant care with proactive communication for EHS and the support of the equipment. You will be helping with project tracking for all sites while collecting feedback from office managers. Additional PowerPoints and excels will need to be edited and formatted correctly for presentations.
The successful candidate can be a junior project manager or admin assistant with a sense of urgency and track record of exceptional organizational skills.

- 4+ years of experience in a project management or project admin role
- Experience with managing timelines, and scope of multiple projects at once
o Exceptional tracking/documentation is needed for project tracking
- Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate status, risk, and proactive updates to internal stakeholders
- Strong MS Office experience; PowerPoint, excel, word, project
- Excellent multitasker
- Needs to be extremely organized
- Analytics background/knowledge
