Key responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with the internal client -- ensure clear understanding of program requirements, collaboratively establish delivery dates, and instill confidence that key program milestones will be delivered on time
* Work with development and product groups to identify and manage deliverables, timelines, and dependencies within the program
* Promote knowledge sharing with lessons learnt and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement and best practice
* Ensure Lending program alignment with overall Banking Portfolio strategy by enabling decision-making and prioritization through engagement with appropriate stakeholders
* Effectively report on program developments

* 5+ years of relevant program management experience
* Professional experience as a Program Manager where key stakeholder is an internal client
* Experience facilitating on time, on budget, and to spec delivery of technology solutions in an agile/fast-paced environment
* Aptitude for identifying and articulating new client needs to the product and technology teams
* Inquisitive and analytically minded person who can articulate complex issues in a clear, concise manner
* Experience maintaining regular contact with internal client and product/development teams in order to coordinate and report on program progress -- comfortable chasing team members on an as-needed basis
* Flexible, confident leader who has the ability to influence people, cultivate a collaborative and innovative problem-solving environment, challenge the status quo as needed, and effectively mediate and resolve conflicts
* Experience handling large amounts of data for complex analytical models
* Experience working in a financial services domain
