Job Description

An employer is looking for a remote Partner Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for:



Track the status of all Field Marketing Manager (and other team) MDF requests (submitted via standardized Google form) in an internal spreadsheet.

Engage with Field Marketing Managers, as needed, to ensure MDF requests are complete (ie. they include all required information)

Meet with the PMM Team (Peter, Michael) to review requests on a bi-weekly basis to ensure they have all of the required information, they align to each Cloud Solution Provider's global partner marketing strategy and MDF requirements (i.e. ROI expectations)

Share vetted MDF requests with Partner Industry Ecosystem (PIE) stakeholders to make sure they are supportive of the requests.

Input vetted MDF requests into Cloud Solution Provider managed spreadsheets for their review and approval

Meet with AWS, Google, and MSFT stakeholders on a weekly basis to review the current state of the overall MDF budget, the status of pending requests, share line of sight into likely forthcoming requests.

Inform FMMs of approved/rejected MDF requests.

Ensure Field Marketing Managers provide Proof of Execution (PoE), such as invoices, lead lists, pictures by stated deadlines to ensure proper reimbursement

Meet with FP&A monthly to ensure all budgets remain balanced

Provide short form MDF updates (via AMER, EMEA, and APAC Slack channels) on a weekly basis

Provide more formal e-mail updates to Field Marketing and Partner Industry Ecosystem (PIE) stakeholders on a bi-weekly basis

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, business administration, or related field

* 5+ years of experience with partner marketing, specifically working at or with technology partners (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Azure, etc)

* Prior working knowledge of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs

* 5+ years of experience developing co-marketing strategies, plans, and executing marketing campaigns with technology partners

* Worked in an environment with open-source technology in products and services

* Experience working with external marketing agencies and building marketing programs with a large group of partners

* Experience working with Allocadia (budge management), Tableau (reporting), Google Sheets, Slack, etc

* Strong communication and ability to connect with high level partners
