Our client in the retail industry is looking for a Marketing Asset Project Coordinator to join the Marketing Operations/ Retail Media team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating the creative build and approval process for media campaigns with various external brand partners. They will help get these assets deployed by being involved in briefing conversations with creative teams, ensuring the assets meet brand guidelines, then pushing the campaign through to the Ad Operations team. Once the campaigns go live, you will also work directly with brand partners for campaign optimization.

3+ years of experience in marketing, ad ops, media buying, creative asset management
Previous experience managing creative assets and an understanding of creative specs, image formats and guidelines
Previous experience with capacity planning
Previous project coordination experience
Bachelors Degree in relevant field- Marketing, Advertising, Business, etc.
