The Client Services Manager serves as the primary interface between PB Rev Cycle and clients. This role involves coordinating communications and services to maximize efficiencies in the Revenue Cycle process.
Responsibilities:
1.) Client Relationship Management:
-Manage client relationships across all Revenue Cycle areas.
-Act as the main point of contact for front-end revenue cycle issues, streamlining business operations.
2.) Onboarding Coordination:
-Facilitate onboarding activities for new providers:
-Understand services to be provided.
-Set up charge documents, EMR, and Practice Management systems.
-Document workflows for charge capture.
-Establish time-of-service collection processes.
-Align with client expectations.
3.) Daily Operations Oversight:
-Assign specific work tasks to employees.
-Review employee activities for accuracy and effectiveness.
-Adjust staff workload as needed.
4.) Collaboration and Training:
-Work closely with coding/compliance departments to ensure proper provider training and feedback.
-Partner with operational management and PBS departments for successful charge entry and accounts receivable resolution.
5.) Reporting and Special Projects:
-Provide accounting and performance reporting/support to clients.
-Participate in special projects alongside the AR Manager and PBS management team.
-Attend monthly management meetings to enhance service functions.
6.) Communication and Coding Support:
-Maintain regular communication with the Coding Department to monitor APCs and resolve coding issues.

-5+ years revenue cycle management within professional billing/collections
-Excellent presentation and writing skills and comfortable speaking with Physicians and Executive Leadership
-Advanced skills in analysis, understanding KPI's, and MS Office suite.
-Bachelor's degree is preferred.
-Epic Resolute experience preferred
