As a System Administrator for our entertainment client, you'll be at the forefront of managing large fleets of Windows and Linux servers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve deployment, patching, and ensuring seamless operations across our infrastructure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work closely with stakeholders, and drive automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Fleet Management and Deployment:
Manage and scale large fleets of servers, from dozens to thousands.
Optimize deployment techniques for both Windows and Linux environments.
Implement best practices for efficient server provisioning.
2. Active Directory Expertise:
Configure and maintain Active Directory services.
Utilize deployment techniques to ensure seamless integration with cloud resources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage user access and security policies.
3. Large Fleet Management Tooling:
Work with tools specifically built for managing large fleets in the cloud.
Familiarity with tools like DataDog for monitoring and performance insights.
4. Gap Analysis and Automation:
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and deploy automation solutions to enhance efficiency.

5-7 years of experience in System Administration.
Strong understanding of Active Directory setup and management.
Experience with AWS (additional cloud platforms a plus).
Proficiency with CloudWatch, DataDog, and other monitoring tools.
Familiarity with patch management and change control processes.
Certifications are not mandatory but can be a plus.
