Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist to join one of our healthcare clients in Berkeley, CA. The HRIS Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the successful transition from our existing HRIS system to Paycom. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, change management expertise, and a deep understanding of HR processes. The individual will work closely with the HR and Payroll teams and will be responsible for the system transition, data migration, and process optimization.

- 3+ years of experience in HRIS system integration/implementation
- Experience using Paycom
- Experience using ADP
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related Field
- Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with other HRIS systems
