WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* tracking of efforts (time/ date, email/phone, who) and collecting evidence of efforts (screenshots, collecting email threads).
* Standardize file naming conventions (renaming files), maintain master contract document (PDF), track amendments in Contracts Database (MS Access), uploading current versions to Sharepoint
* Follow up on outstanding amendments -- ongoing outreach and reminders providers.
* Maintenance of a master vendor contract list: tracking (data entry), making monthly outreaches to department leads for status of their contracts.
* Negotiating and executing basic ancillary provider agreements.
* This is a part-time, 20 hours per week temporary position.

a. Contracts Coordination experience and vendor management
