Day-to-Day

In this role, the analyst will be responsible for planning, budgeting, communication, and reporting related to Channel Experiences Operations across both existing and future partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail and marketing operations, as well as proficiency in data analysis, dashboard creation, and budget management.



The primary focus of the RL Retail Operations Analyst is to ensure that all data, budgets, and records are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Visualization through dashboards is a key aspect. Additionally, mastery and oversight of reports are critical for efficient operations.



The role requires proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and implement solutions. It is impact-driven, emphasizing accuracy and organization. The analyst collaborates across various teams, including channel marketing, finance, operations, sales, analytics, and external vendors, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



Summary:

The main function of a data analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems. A typical database analyst/programmer is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing security measures to safeguard the computer database.



Job Responsibilities:

* Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.

* Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.

* Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.



Skills:

* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

* Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.

* Basic knowledge of database management software.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science).

* 4+ years of data analysis experience in big tech, retail, finance, channel marketing analytics,

* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R)

* Must have Experience in retail analytics

* Creating/Managing Data Visualization experience with proficiency in Tableau/PowerBi

* Expert in Microsoft and Google Suite expert proficiency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Consumer Electronics experience.

* Experience with Tableau, PowerBi, Alteryx, Hive, and other data visualization and customization tools.

* Tableau Certified Data Analyst preferred.

* Familiarity with retail partners and their guidelines/processes.

* Experience within a brand managing analysis and budgets.
