Insight Global is looking for a ERP Analyst who has a strong background in ERP CGI Advantage v4 FINANCIAL applications. You will be providing production support to the users of applications. You will be determining how to fix or complete issues within CGI by pulling data using SQL queries to ensure that the end user is able to use the application effectively. You should have experience pulling tickets in Service Now. We are looking for someone who has ERP Financial or Performance budgeting, not HR or any other ERP Application experience.

- 5 Years experience supporting an ERP System within CGI Advantage v4 Financial (310 or 4.0 (upgraded to 4 recently)
- Hands on Programming Experience with Pl/SQL or SQL
- Experience working with ETL tools (Actian or Pentaho Data Integrator)
- Experience with CGI Advantage Business Objects for developing and maintain using reports in Power BI
- Strong communication and technical writing skills for documentation for to communicate effectively with vendors and end users
