Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Pega Developer to join a project team supporting the State of California. This is a hybrid role and individuals must sit 3 days a week onsite in Knoxville, TN.

Attend and contribute in design sessions to design system functionalities

Build and maintain system functionality based on approved designs and project standards

Work with Business Analysts to ensure fidelity to designs

Work with architects and senior developers as needed to create and follow standard approached to design the application

Unit test codes to project processes and tools

Preform unit integration test prior to code being deployed to test environments

Diagnostic issues reported by users in production environment

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of programming experience with Pega

2+ years of experience with database structures, theories, principles and practices

Strong working knowledge of SDLC, IT Systems and Processes, Development methodologies and their direct implementation to projects

Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and maintain quality requirements

Ability to troubleshoot testing and escalate appropriately
