Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 3 individuals to assist a client in Los Angeles with a new Healthcare application role out. This application will provide telehealth for the patients of Cedars-Sinai. Training with the software will be provided prior to the state date.
Roles and Responsibilities
Help patients sign-up for CS Connect accounts pre/post-visit
- Show exactly where and how to download CS Connect (e.g., QR code, CS Connect website, Cedars-Sinai website)
- Help create an account (address any questions about relationship between Cedars-Sinai flagship app/MyCS_Link and CS Connect)
Educate patients on CS Connect:
- CS Connect is an extension of your brick-and-mortar care at Cedars-Sinai. It is a virtual-first clinic available through a standalone app and available 24/7/365. Physicians on CS Connect work hand-in-hand with your in-person care team to meet any need you have, anytime.
- Explain use cases (follow up questions, medication refills, after-hours support, new clinical needs)
- Explain key product features (e.g., AI medical chat, Care Concierge)
- Answer common questions (e.g., insurance coverage, product offerings/ limitations)
Educate Client Teams:
- Educate staff on CS Connect use cases and how it supports patients
- Educate staff on how to help patients create accounts on CS Connect
- Collaborate with CS Connect Ambassador physicians to showcase how CS Connect integrates within broader system of the organization within EPIC, lab orders, etc.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Visit the 14 Cedars-Sinai primary and urgent care B&M offices to educate patients and Cedars-Sinai team members on CS Connect
- Patient Education:
- Material set up (vendor booth for Urgent care clinics)
- Coordinate with front desk staff on how and when to engage with patients (e.g., as they sit down and are waiting, as they are discharged)
Example Day
- 8a: Meet with front desk staff/ organizational coordinators of Marina Del Rey to review integration of CS Connect into patient check in (e.g., if a patient with certain acute conditions is checking in, offer CS Connect as an immediate option as opposed to waiting)
- 8:30a: Meet with nurses to explain how CS Connect fits within discharge and care plan instructions (e.g., schedule a follow up visit with a CS Connect provider instead of coming back to UC)
- 9a: Set up booth
- 9:30a- 12p: Engage with and educate patients in waiting areas
- 12-1p: Lunch and Learn with doctors and providers on CS Connect value proposition; answer any questions or concerns
- Break/travel to other clinic
- 5p/ before closing: meet with front desk staff/ organizational coordinators of Playa Vista Urgent Care to inform to patients that are arriving near clinic's closing time that CS Connect is a 24/7, virtual option
Required Skills & Experience
Prior Healthcare experience
Ability to travel across Los Angeles County
Previous sales expereince
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Pharmaceutical, medical, or tech sales
- Clinic work in primary or urgent care, understanding of types of conditions treated in PC/UC
