Design and develop instructor-led training for the Workday implementation following established instructional design methodologies.
Skilled Instructional Designer with Workday Finance experience and Articulate Storyline
Must have Workday Finance experience and Articulate Storyline
Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content. Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments.
Complete detailed analysis of each task to be trained/supported for target audience, business process, and systems.
Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to develop learning materials including student and facilitator presentations and guides, activities, scenarios, and assessments.
Create instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions. Write clear and effective instruction and facilitator text appropriate for the target audience.
Conduct meetings with subject matter experts.
Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Receive and incorporate feedback. Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. Proactively communicate issues and risks
Monitor and analyze training utilization metrics to measure the effectiveness of training efforts and identify opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with Technology & Digital Solutions and security teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in instructional design, preferably in a healthcare or finance setting.
Strong understanding of Workday Finance.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint, and eLearning software, specifically Articulate Storyline and Rise.
