We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Support Technician to join the Benefit Cosmetics IT team. The candidate will work mainly in imaging laptops and deploying those devices as well as installing software to devices along with other IT related tasks. The candidate must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient, to deal with difficult customers.
Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
Experience imaging laptops and hardware deployment
Good understanding of computer systems, and other tech products (printers, laptops, desktops).
Knowledge of MacOS X, Windows 10, iOS
Proficient in Excel - for asset management documentation
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to interact with a various professionals and personalities in a professional manner
Experience installing applications onto computers
