Job Description

For the salesperson for Tenant Improvements and Small Contracts, the main role is to sell fire protection solutions and services to contractors, facility managers, restoration companies, and other sectors that need to install, upgrade, or maintain their sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the products and services they offer, as well as the market and customer needs. They should also have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The typical tasks include presenting and promoting the products and services to potential and existing customers, performing cost-benefit analyses, and providing customized solutions, generating, and following up on leads, closing sales and preparing contracts, resolving customer issues and complaints, and collaborating with team members and other departments. The minimum requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent, and one or more years of sales experience, preferably in the same industry. A bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field is not required but preferred, or a license or certification in the products or services they sell. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and a drug test are also required.

Required Skills & Experience

-5 to 7 years of experience in sprinkler and fire safety industry

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
