An employer for a large insurance company is looking for a REMOTE UX Designer/Product Designer to join a team to work with Product Managers/Project Managers assigned to multiple domains and overseeing the Product Lifecycle (discovery phase in product). This person must understand web & mobile applications, and responsive design. They will be working with the team, designing wire frames, mock ups, or prototypes and involved in the discovery & working on the analysis phase. This person must understand usability testing, validation, and recommending certain things, AB testing, and leading the brainstorming and overseeing everything end to end.
**Role is 100% REMOTE but must work in PST zone**
**The employment would be for a 6month contract, with possibility to be converted to Full Time Employee based on performance**
5-7+ years of experience as a UX Designer/Product Designer (coming from a product environment)
5+ years of AB Testing
5+ years of experience with Jira/Confluence
2+ years of experience with Axure
2+ years of experience with Figma
2+ years of experience with Miro (brainstorming, etc)
Enterprise level experience (supporting 1,000-5,000+ employees)
