An advertising client of Insight Global's is seeking to add a fully remote Sales Support Specialist to their growing team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about health, wellness and luxury lifestyle. Responsiblities include but are note limited to:
- Set minimum 10 sales appointments weekly for Affiliate Publisher/ Managing Editor
- Book networking events and speaking engagements for Publisher/ Managing Editor
- Manage Publisher/ Managing Editor's calendar
- Confirm Publisher/ Managing Editor's appointments for the next day
- Phone and email confirmation/reminders to client 1-2 days prior to meeting
- Assist with closing advertisers for Publisher/ Managing Editor
- Create sales proposals/contracts for Publisher/ Managing Editor
- Send daily/weekly sales reports
- Work from home, 30 hours + per week
- Manage your own time and share calendar (standard availability M-F is 8a -- 5p CST)
- Daily communication and support from the Affiliate Publishers/ Managing Editors Nationwide
- 1-2 years of experience in a role that involves cold calling
- High attention to detail and organization tactics
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to work 30+ hours per week in a home office
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field
