Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Event and Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics for a Keynote workstream and CXO speaking program.



This program is VIP, invite-only, and lasts for one day with a curated C-level audience. The ideal candidate must know how to interact with VIP, senior executives, speakers, and understand the nuances of communicating and working with a C-level audience. They must have experience with executive interaction, including but not limited to executive briefing centers and road shows for VIP audiences.



Responsibilities:



Manage all aspects of logistics for the Keynote workstream and CXO speaking program, including executive interaction, such as exec briefing centers and road shows for VIP audiences.

Work with different stakeholders, collaborate with other internal experts who would be the ones driving a lot of the strategy, and manage lots of logistics.

Coordinate speaker logistics and work with speakers.

Be proactive with any technical production/work with AV teams for sound, lighting, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 5 years of experience in in-person events.

MUST have experience with executive interaction, including executive briefing centers and road shows for VIP audiences.

Ability to put on different hats, work with different stakeholders, collaborate with other internal experts who would be the ones driving a lot of the strategy, and manage lots of logistics.

Proactive with any technical production/work with AV teams for sound, lighting, etc.
