Insight Global is looking for a NIGHTSHIFT Service Desk Technician for a large company in Irvine, Ca. You will be onsite 5 days a week. The shift will be alternating shifts every week. You will work 10 and 12 hour weekending shifts. For instance, Week One will be Friday to Sunday 7 PM - 6 AM. The next week you will work Thursday to Sunday 7 PM -4 AM. So, this is an OVERNIGHT/Weekend Shift. You should have excellent customer service experience and should have strong knowledge of computer installs, imaging, troubleshooting, and configurations. You will be creating user accounts using Active Directory.
5-10 Years of Experience as a Service Desk Technician/IT Support Technician
- Extremely professional and customer service oriented
- 5 Years of Active Directory - creating accounts in Azure
- Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticketing system
- Experience with Installing, Imaging, and building computers
- ONSITE 5 days a week in Irvine, CA
