A major medical technology company is seeking a Product Security Officer to work with product development teams, ensuring that all products are compliant and secure before client usage. This includes awareness/training, threat modeling, risk assessment, security design and implementation, incident response, strategic initiatives, and external engagements. This individual will also lead a small team of 2 product security managers, as well as work closely with stakeholders to negotiate best security practices. They will oversee integration of security tools and process integration into R&D teams. The Product Security Officer will utilize available corporate resources with expertise in security testing, architecture, incident response, and program management.

- 5+ years of product security experience under a regulated environment
- Experience leading or managing a small team, preferably in the product security space
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science, engineering, or technical discipline
- Experience working closely with development teams for security best practices
- Experience implementing security design and compliance in a regulated environment
- Medical device background
