This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management. - Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team member
- Strong attention to detail
- Treatment planning, case management, patient and clinician scheduling
- Patient payments, insurance claims support and financial reporting
- Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience working in hospitality, sales, Customer Service
- Comfortable with medium-high volume of phone calls
- Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
- Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team members
- Proficiency with MS Office applications -- Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Healthcare/ medical practice environment or any customer/client-facing role
- Experience checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing/filing patient charts with clinical administrative background
- Experience using Dentrix, MondayBoard, and/or Slack
