Insight Global is looking for a remote customer service representative for one of their largest healthcare clients located in Southern California.
Specific Duties:
1. Answer 50-70 Inbound Calls daily
2. Resolve Member Inquiries
3. Provide Copay-Coinsurance information
4. Provide Authorization status
5. Provide Network information
6. Handle Member Complaints
7. Master internal department workflow processes
6. Ability to demonstrate Empathy/Compassion
Shift Start/End Time: 8:30 to 5:00 pm Mon-Friday
- 1 year of call center experience (from a health plan or call center)
-Claims knowledge
- Eligibility
- Risk - payment methodologies (FFS vs CAP)
- Ability to attain quality call outcomes - provide 5 star service
