Job Description

Summary of Position:
Field Service Technician (Customer Engineer level 1) associates provide installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will have ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction. You will perform work on products and services of low complexity, specifically financial/ATM products and services.


Day to Day:
* Driving to 6-8 customer locations per day with a circumference of 30miles in your location
o Will be conducting installations, maintenance and repairs on Financial/ATM (first-line maintenance) equipment and other electromechanical equipment at various locations within an assigned territory/region.
o There are 3 levels of customer engineers. This is the first line maintenance so the duties are not too complex.
* Provide continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
* High school diploma or, GED and at least some knowledge of PC repair experience in a customer field environment OR 2 year degree in electronics or computer technology OR previous Military experience.
* Must be local to one of the geographic areas.
* Must have a reliable car/ truck AND cell phone.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
* Active and valid drivers license.
* Must pass background check: clean driving record, criminal record, and drug screening.
* Must have flexibility to work different shifts: 6am-2pm, 8am- 4pm, 10am- 6pm, 12pm- 8pm, or 3pm- 11pm. Also rotating weekends. Over time is available
o Schedules will be put out in advance.
