Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to perform a wide variety of responsibilities such as planning, deployment, and the support of complex technology products, architectures, and ecosystems. They will participate in enterprise architecture planning and be responsible for working with cross functional teams to prioritize and roadmap releases, which will also include an Oracle Hyperion shop migration to SAAS solution. This person will be leading the support and maintenance of their Oracle ERP system. The current environment is on prem and operating in a safe shop, They must be familiar with utilizing skilled agile framework and design thinking. This role is hybrid, onsite when needed in Burbank, CA. This is a 6 month contract to hire position.
Required Skills & Experience
-3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager
-Ability to adjust to public sector/shown ability to work in different industries (nonprofits, higher ed, larger orgs within bureaucracy)
-Knowledge of an expert level understanding of current business management theory, concepts, and techniques for process and customer experience improvement, including design thinking, benchmarking, and process reengineering
-Expert level understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
One or more certifications or equivalent experience: Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, Agile project/program management methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Design Thinking certification.
