Job Description
The salesperson will be responsible for overall sales function including development and implementation of regional and territory sales strategies including key account management and customer service functions. They will be an individual contributor who reports into the head sales manager. They will be doing b2b sales, working with inside sales, outside sales representatives, and product management to develop and maintain long term business relationships and growth. Responsible for the sales of ESMO products to existing clients as well as sourcing new ones. This person will be expected to travel up to 50 % of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers, follow up on quotes, manage pre- and post-sale
- coordinate with procurement and engineering
- lead generation, technical presentations, and market analysis.
- Provides commercial management to customers relating to price, terms, evaluation, and delivery. Educate customers on companies materials, capabilities, and technical expertise.. Oversees audit of customer consignment inventories where applicable.
- Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) including customer visits, calls, and emails regularly. Provide monthly and quarterly reviews of sales, travel summaries and analysis of account growth, profitability, potential, and forecast.
- Responsible creating Marketing intelligence by providing analytical data to analyze trends, market studies, and business opportunities, implement segment strategy, manage contribution margins, optimize market positioning, market presence and services; provide data for the annual planning procedure and set targets for the annual budget.
- Travel is expected at 50% to increase sales within the assigned market units.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least two to seven years industrial sales and marketing experience in a business-to-business environment. Must be technical sales and understand semiconductor industry and materials.
- Understanding of ATE (testers, handlers, probers) they will need to understand ESMO products.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstration of strong written and verbal communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, and prospects.
- Experience in sales upwards of 2 million dollars

- Direct experience working in semi equipment industry.
