* Define and configure all interfaces, reports and systems configurations
* Review and analyze current payroll processes and procedures to recommend and implement changes leading to best practices
* Perform project tasks independently
* Subject matter expert in country specific laws and applicable configurations in WD / Cloudpay
* Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile legacy system and WD / Cloudpay
* Update and create documentation for all processes
* Assist with mapping of GL reports
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements for the implementation
* Understand current state and recommend process improvements
* Ensure all processes adhere to tax, labor laws and SOX requirements
* Oversee the migration of payroll data from legacy systems to WD or Cloudpay
* Assist with creating and executing a comprehensive testing plan to identify and resolve system issues
* Participate in all project meetings and meet deliverables according to project plan and timeline
* Customizing modules to best align with the specific requirements of Samsara (LOAs, benefits, and equity)
* Participate in all project meetings and cascade takeaways to Payroll leadership
* Review all deliverables for accuracy and quality
* Display ownership, responsibility and demonstrate good decision making to achieve project deliverables
* Analyze large data sets and make necessary corrections or recommendations
* Ensure a smooth transition to the new payroll system
