Job Description
An employer in Vernon, CA is looking for a PC Support Specialist to join their growing IT organization. This person will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and 2 IT end-user support across all DMC business units and sites. This position performs technical, analytical, and administrative work for on-site and remote customers with the focus to provide timely and professional support. They will be accountable for creating tickets for incidents, and help diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner. They will be one of two people working full time in this office location, and will occasionally travel to other locations.
This is a permanent, full time position, required to be on site 5 days a week. This position is posted at $70,000-85,000/yr based on skillset and past performance. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years experience in a help desk and hands-on support environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, AD, O365, Azure, etc)
Hardware support experience working with a variety of Intel based computers, servers, and network printers
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: clients and servers, DHCP\TCP\IP and network
