REMOTE - Marketing Coordinator

Headquartered in Santa Monica, a healthcare company that operates a telemedicine platform for discounts on prescriptions, is looking to bring on 2 Marketing Coordinator resources that are experienced with CMS platform, Contentful. This team is looking to grow and scale in size in response to the increasing workload and assist various teams including the sales and marketing teams.



Responsibilities:

- Create visual examples (aka "mockups") of pharmaceutical media and access programs in the GoodRx CMS tool that will be utilized by GoodRx Client Success team members for client discussions.

- Thorough training of Contentful tool, Asana project management tool, and the implementation process will be provided.

- Receive tasks assigned to them in the project management tool and programming the mockup in Contentful by the agreed deadline.

Manage to all agreed timelines and provide regular status updates of progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience working within a marketing or advertising agency

- Hands on experience working with the CMS tool Contentful, understanding how to navigate the tool, and upload reports.

- Experience working with a project management tool in order to receive tasks assigned to them and further communicate with other teams (JIRA or Asana is preferred).

- Strong written/verbal communication and sharp attention to detail (especially when rewriting, uploading, and transferring reports from Asana into Contentful).

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and be resourceful.
