Insight Global Health is looking for a Director of Behavioral Health to sit in Irvine, CA who is willing to visit different clinics in the Southern California area. This Director of Behavioral Health will be responsible for being the primary liaison between the organization and other organizations in the mental health continuum (e.g., hospitals, community case management, practitioners, community homes, etc.). They will work closely with the CCO to establish overall direction and strategic initiatives for the organization's Behavioral Health Services. This role will eventually transition to a VP-level role, which allows for a great opportunity for growth. Hours will be Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field
- Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or directly related field business management or behavioral analysis, preferred.
- Licensed Psychologist or Psychiatrist in the State of CA
