- For Mid-Level 5-7 years exp. managing NPI programs
- For High-Level 8-10 years exp. managing NPI programs
- Experience managing full intro lifecycles for products
- Experience with SAP and other PLM tools
- NPI experience in the Semiconductor industry
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields
