A Fortune 500 client is looking for a dynamic and creative candidate to join us as a Marketing Support Manager (MSM) in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization. Ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with an eye for detail and approaches customer communications strategically, to perform and inform.

The team member will work with internal product business partners to understand what specific communications are needed to drive KPIs, and determine the optimal way to deliver the desired message regarding DIRECTV products. The MSM is responsible for strategic support and execution of high impact revenue marketing campaigns including premium channels, sports, TVOD and many new exciting upsell opportunities that require planning and mastery of messaging channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Interface with company management, product, legal, advertising departments, and/or advertising agencies to develop and implement communications programs.

2. Support the develop of targeting criteria to ensure the right messaging is delivered to the right customer at the right time.

3. Develop clear and compelling customer messaging and creative executions.

4. Maintain working knowledge of product and/or offer functional areas to be able to integrate and communicate information effectively within customer communications.

5. Evaluate and assess executed campaign's impact on the business and adjust plans as needed to optimize performance.

6. Understand and apply company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations to

7. resolve issues.

8. Ability to multitask, deliver all projects to fruition and by deadline(s).

9. The ability to dialogue, brainstorm and drive consensus among all the stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years marketing roles managing campaign go-to-market

-3+ years in in CRM managing email and direct mail campaign go-to-market

-3+ years marketing project management and/or go-to-market coordination

-Strong understanding of CRM best practices, including email design, driving engagement and deliverability, etc.

-Experience managing creative agency/partners
