This customer service representative is joining a small team at the Burton Ave location of Iron Mountain, under the Entertainment Services Line of Business which supports special projects for archives, production studios, and private clients. Their day to day responsibilities include responding to email customer service inquires in a group email and escalating to the correct point of contact, pulling inventory reports, or placing orders. They will respond to some phone calls as well but it will be a smaller portion of inquiries and is not a call center role. This candidate needs to have strong interpersonal communication skills and written communication.
-Mid level computer skills - ability to use email, Google, Calendar, Excel
-Ability to work in one area/office for several hours at a time and 5 days onsite in Burbank
-basic data entry experience, administrative or office assistant, and/or customer service
-Excel experience (moderate level) working with Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.
