A rapidly expanding Michelin recognized restaurant business is looking for a General Manager to oversee their newest venture, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant. The location features multiple outdoor dining areas overlooking the water near the iconic clock tower and ferry building on Embarcadero and is in a prime location for foodies to explore. It features a private dining mezzanine and live music. The restaurant menu will largely focusing on cuisine from Turkey, Spain, Morocco, and will include foods such as grilled fish, sauteed lamb, fresh bread, and handmade pasta as well as classy drinks. The Restaurant GM will play a crucial role in overseeing day to day operations along with corporate inquires and events. This individual will ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. The shift is 5 days a week 3:00pm and ends at 10-11:30pm.
2+ years of experience as a General Manager (Fine Dining Restaurants)
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
Shift: 5 days a week 11:30am - 7:30pm (Flexible)
Experience with Mediterranean, Turkish, Spanish, or Moroccan cuisine
