Job Description
The Infrastructure M&A PM will split time between the infrastructure workstream of an M&A project along with assisting with projects in the IT Facilities space. Looking for a Senior PM for this role, the Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) is high profile.
We are seeking a Project Manager - Infrastructure M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) who will proactively manage multiple M&A technical workstreams in terms of scope, identify critical variables, and devise execution and contingency plans.
Required Skills & Experience
Key Accountabilities:
* Proactively manage Operational Technology/SCADA projects.
* Manage all aspects for project execution including discovery, schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, and customer relations.
* Develop and maintain project documentation related to Project Planning, schedule and budgets, project risks, and lessons learned.
* Define project baseline, scope, resource allocation and deliverables.
* Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
* Managing multiple vendors involved in various projects.
* Identify and assist with developing process improvements.
* Timely update of the PMO artifacts and documentation to make sure they are the latest and greatest.
Required Skills:
* Strong Technical Project Management experience.
* Experience managing Mergers & Acquisition tasks including applications, end user equipment, infrastructure, and information security requirements.
* Ability to write meaningful status reports, highlight the risks/actions and present them to the leadership.
* Experienced and comfortable with modern collaboration technology and tools (e.g., Slack, G Suite, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence etc.)
* Experience in managing project risks and interdependencies.
* PMP or equivalent Project management experience.
* Acquisition and Program Manager - Program Management experience required
* Experience managing virtual, geographically, and culturally diverse teams
* Good customer focus, attitude, and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
