Insight Global is looking for an Director of HR and Onboarding. This person will oversee 3 teams; vetting, people operations, and onboarding. They will need to be well versed in workforce management and reviewing reports, and analyzing report data to insure all hiring needs are met. They will need to help design and improve onboarding processes.
Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or Related Field
10 years of experience in human resource management
Strong background in workforce management, supporting large hiring classes
Ability to work a flexible schedule, on call and 40+ hours a week
