Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sales Support Specialist with an interest in developing a diverse skill set and working cross-functionally at a fast-growing IoT startup. You will support the Enterprise sales team in processing orders for some of this company's largest customers. This is a dynamic role in which you will process add-on orders, upfitter requests, and invoicing needs while working closely with enterprise sales representatives, internal stakeholders, and our largest clients. This position is a full-time contractor role that is entirely remote.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* 2-5 years of work experience and/or bachelor's degree.

* Experience processing high volume of support ticket requests (team is currently collecting close to 1,100/ week).

* 1 year experience with cold calling / prospecting new leads

* High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Resourceful, proactive, and adaptive in dealing with operational hurdles.

* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals.

* Previous experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or NetSuite
