One of Insight Global's top clients within the higher education industry is looking for an AP customer service specialist to sit hybrid in Westwood, CA. This person is going to split their time between customer service and processing reimbursement transactions. They will typically process 50-75 transactions daily, working within concur. They will utilize salesforce for all customer service inquiries. They are looking for someone reliable, passionate about customer service, and eager to work.
