Job Description
As the Creative Operations Manager you'll work closely with internal Walmart Creative Studio teams, Marketing partners, and external vendors to establish a strategic ecosystem of resources, processes, tools, and metrics that support the internal agency's priorities and future state. You will help support internal initiatives aimed at defining and optimizing broad ways of working across the Creative Studio's primary teams - Creative, Integrated Production, Project Management, Account Management, and Operations. As part of the Creative &Business Operations team, this role works closely with Creative Enablement & Insights and Creative Tools to proactively identifying the most impactful opportunities to foster collaboration and strategic alignment to business opportunities through improvements to process, tools, and governance. You will codify processes, roles & responsibilities, requirements to support training, change management and ongoing compliance. Your love for operations within a creative environment will help bring new rigor and energy to the Creative Studio infrastructure.
This role is responsible for supporting the Sr. Creative Ops Manager in establishing a culture of operational excellence through continuous process improvement for how the Creative Studio defines, changes, and governs its broadest ways of working. You will collaborate with Account Management and Project Management to govern clear R&Rs and processes, and partner with Creative Experience & Engagement to support internal documentation and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:
* Act as liaison between Creative Studio teams and key partners to develop and maintain agency-wide ways of working that touch process workflows, creative tooling, budgeting, outsourcing, and reporting.
* Help roll out WoW for the Account & Business Operations team to collaborate more efficiently, and foster creativity and innovation.
* Develop and govern change management in support of new Creative Studio ways of working, including compliance plans and learning agendas.
* Work closely with Creative & Business Operations Leads to prioritize goals and integrations across planning, budget management, outsourcing, vendor management, trainings, tool strategy and governance, and metrics & reporting.
* Help roll out operational processes for the Creative Studio to collaborate more efficiently, and foster creativity and innovation.
* Assist with establishing and governing best practices for vendor management, including supplier categorization, evaluations, selection, engagement, scoping, and performance reviews.
* Help create and govern process and best practices for Creative Studio collaboration, project intake and tracking, and asset storage.
* Define and implement resource management and staffing strategies.
* Support agency-wide knowledge management and asset storage processes.
* Develop and maintain playbooks and reference materials that codify Creative Studio and Creative & Business Operations' processes, requirements, best practices, and support content.
* Contribute to Creative & Business Operations' quarterly business reviews and WCS Leadership goal/progress readouts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of working experience in Creative/Marketing Agency
- Direct experience working with and managing vendors to the Creative org -- creative/production, staff aug (scaling up & scaling down)
- Proven success defining, launching, and governing scalable solutions that support Creative and Production operations, quality of work, efficiency, cost savings, and value proposition.
- Hands on experience documenting best practices - creating playbooks, toolkits, etc.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, AirTable, Workfront, Excel, Google Workspace
- Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and flexible in the face of shifting business needs due to the rapidly changing nature of marketing, retail, and ecommerce.
- Excellent soft skills (influencing, persuasion, and communication) and provenrelationship-buildingskills.
