This position is an office role based in San Francisco, CA. We're looking for a self-starting leader with a growth mindset and a "can do" attitude who is passionate about hospitality to join our San Francisco-based 'Ohana Floor Events team. Your Impact:

Located on the top floor of our Global Headquarters, the Salesforce 'Ohana Floor is a one-of-a-kind space with modern amenities and 360-views of the entire San Francisco Bay Area. The 'Ohana Floor Events Team is responsible for delivering world class event experiences. You will lead with operational excellence to create indelible brand experiences for executive and customer meetings, off-sites, employee engagement and nonprofit fundraisers to name a few. The Events Manager designs and produces events that bring together executives, partners, customers and employee. Our events vary from in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. Success in this role requires agility, clear and compelling communications, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5-8+ years experience managing high volume, high-velocity events for trade shows, corporate meetings or start-up environments.

* In-person events experience

* Marketing experience

* Possess strong customer service experience; candidates with a solid events background and are highly personable and service-focused.

* Significant agency, partner, and vendor leadership experience.

* Experience successfully managing third-party vendors, contractors, and budgets.

* Ability to manage multi projects at a given time with w/a high level of expertise and skill
