Job Description

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Maintain high level of application availability in supported environments

Pragmatically review the delivery pipeline, identify & implement improvements and work with stakeholders to effect change

Research, design, and recommend complex infrastructure solutions to meet requirements

Manage initial escalations for issues in supported environments

Coordinate/execute application deployments in pre-production and production environments

Work with associated Engineering and Development teams to troubleshoot issues

Undertake root cause investigations with the support of concerned teams (e.g. Engineering, R&D etc...)

Employ effective change management to all relevant changes

Maintain effective DR provisions

Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation in support of production services

Contribute as a Technical Lead during major incidents

Create and maintain technical documentation

Adhere to all corporate standards and procedures

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of relevant experience working with AWS cloud and cloud native services

3+ years of experience working with Linux servers/services,

3+ DevOps automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, etc.) and scripting.

3+ years experience in provisioning infrastructure resources via Code (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform and Ansible

Working experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Dynatrace , Ops Genie. Splunk will be beneficial.

Experience with the following technologies:

Development & Scripting (e.g. Python)

DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, Artifactory)

Basic network diagnostics



Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience

Fluent in English - written and spoken
