Insight Global is currently partnering with an established CRE Firm in Encinco, CA, who is currently looking for a Senior Director, Operations to partner with Senior Leadership to oversee the operations of the entire Healthcare Division for the organization. The Healthcare division is the largest divisions for our client in regards to department size and revenue. Responsibilities will include team management, agent training, all brokerage related activities, team growth, branding/marketing, data management, creating process and system efficiencies, crafting detailed business plans, and overall increasing sales volume and revenues.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
California Bureau of Real Estate License
5+ years of brokerage experience working for an established CRE Firm (Sales, Marketing, Market Analysis, Real Estate Transactions, Analysis of Investment Properties, etc.)
Strong experience with Team Management, Agent Training, Data Management, Process Improvement, Marketing/Branding, Brokerage Related Activities)
