Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a large Medicaid Client's project, which involves building custom process flows to meet new contractual agreements. This is a 10 month project, and will involve multiple IT teams working in separate workstreams, and this Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information system-projects from initiation to delivery (application development, application testing, network, server or software implementation, and potential upgrades). This individual will also be responsible for managing stakeholders to set and deliver project expectations, understanding project budget requirement, understanding project timelines focusing on delivering milestones, and implementing all five project phases into the project schedule utilizing PMI best practices. This is a fully remote opportunity, and this candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a healthcare environment with incredible communication and presentation skills.
- 7+ years of project management experience in a technical environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- MS Project Experience
- Experience with Agile methodology and processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to high level executives and stakeholders
- Ability to work proficiently with MS Office Suite
- Understanding of database integration
- Bachelor's Degree
