Job Description
An employer is looking for a Secret Cyber/Network Engineer for a Space Systems Integration program supporting a DOD customer for a space integration program in El Segundo, CA. The program will focus on providing integration across multiple areas at the base working directly with the government and supporting in meetings and briefings across multiple different offices and agencies. The Engineer will complete annual reviews, updates, certify and reaccreditations for all classified and unclassified network systems, stand-alone systems and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, and mission systems. They will monitor and maintain the Vulnerability Management System by entering all closed Technical Compliance Network Orders into the DISA database and close out SCAP, and ACAS scan findings as identified by DIA, AIA, DISA and I-NOSC West.They will also perform Network Engineering tasks involving setting up of routers and switches.
Required Skills & Experience
- Active Secret or TS Clearance
- STEM Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience with Information Assurance functions: DoD Certification & Accreditation process, RMF process, Portfolio Management & ITIPS, EMASS, Xacta, CMI activities
- 3+ years of experience in a networking environment: performing, maintaining, and integrating of models, network technologies (firewall, router, switches), and COMSEC technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CISSP certificate
- Knowledge of 8570 compliance
