An employer in Anaheim, CA is looking for 2 Desktop Support Technicians. In this role, this person will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. They will be doing device and hardware replacement and imaging in order to ensure proper software is installed. They will be joining a team of 7 and will be supporting a multitude of operation systems including Microsoft and apple. They will be utilizing ServiceNow and doing deskside support as well as remote support depending on user preference. This position will be 100% onsite Monday- Friday and the shifts will rotate on an 8 hour day between 8:00AM - 7:00PM.
3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician in a corporate Environment
Experience with any ITSM Ticketing System
Experience with IOS and Mobile Computing
Excellent communication skills
Experience supporting VIP and Csuit
