Remote Eligible: Onsite for 1st 6 Months, then 25% remote

Hours: 4x10s or 5x8s
- Employees create their own schedule! A month in advance employees go in and select which days they would like to work.
- Rotating weekend schedule preferred

Hourly Salary:
- Tech 1 -- 24-31
- Tech 2 -- 25-32 (1+ yr of experience, almost everyone hired is a level 2)

Interview: Interview times for August 3rd and 4th
- 1st round: exam
o Mondays at 7am, Wednesday at 11am PST -- schedule with TA
- Final round: with site supervisor (Brian)
o Prefer onsite but virtual is okay

Questions to ask on CPF:
- Did you build reports based on monitor data?
- Do you have experience working with holter and/or event monitors? (We are hiring for holter monitor techs only but they can come from an event monitor background)
- Do you have event or holter report building experience?
- Do you have end of use/end of service report building experience?
- How do you hand workforce disagreements with peers/managers?
- Do you have general computer skills? Microsoft office?
- Have you worked at an IDTF (Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility) before?
- Do you come from a hospital monitor tech background or IDTF? (IDFT highly preferred)

About this role:
The Cardiac Monitoring Technician is responsible for the interpretation and reporting of EKG data received for patients wearing Company monitoring devices to assist physicians in diagnosing the patient.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Process, analyze, interpret and edit EKG data
* Collect recordings and patient symptoms as needed
* Facilitate activation of EMS, if indicated
* Accurately document actions taken within patient records
* Facilitate orders for monitors and supplies
* Obtain patient transmissions and related symptoms
* Recognize abnormal cardiac rhythms/symptoms, and clearly communicate information to appropriate team member
* Ensure customer enrollment is entered correctly
* Address questions and educate patients, practices, and sales staff
* Fax serious and critical reports to practices and hospitals as requested
* Retain information that is job specific such as safety regulations and current policies and procedures
* Other duties as assigned.
