Insight Global is looking for a desktop support technician for a large healthcare company in Orange, CA. This technician will be supporting incident tickets, they will be assigned a bunch a tickets which they will go to various locations to work on. Fixing laptops, monitors installing software etc. As this is hospital setting, strong communication skills is essential to the role.
