LATAM - REMOTE - Backend Software Engineer

An entertainment client is looking for 4 Software Engineers to join the their Engineering Team. As a Software Engineer, this individual will improve the application and leverage the fans transactions in new ways. You will be a part of a team, working alongside other Software Engineers and Data Scientists on a new initiative to better assess the legitimacy of external users.



Responsibilities:

- Work with other Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and the Accounts team to successfully deliver releases by implementing new features to enhance the product.

- Write well-designed, efficient code with unit tests, logging, and comments; Refactor code where needed.

- Resolve problems as they occur and have advanced troubleshooting techniques.

- Automate testing, deployments, performance, and recovery.

Requirements:

- 5-7+ years of professional Backend/Fullstack software engineering experience.

- Advanced experience with Node.js and working with Javascript and Typescript.

- Extensive experience working within an AWS cloud environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with remote team members.

- Outstanding collaboration, time management, mentorship skills and able to both work independently or as part of a team.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Experience with working within the entertainment industry.

- Experience working in a DevOps environment.
