Job Description

Insight Global's client in Los Angeles, CA is looking for an Office Coordinator. Our client is committed to neighborhood stability, local and international unity, environmental sustainability, and liberation advocacy. This position will require an adaptable person willing to help develop the efforts of their cause. The day to day will vary between various office administrative tasks. Tasks vary between office upkeep/ ordering supplies, conducting meetings with the team, pulling and uploading information from the database, and a few more tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in one of the following fields:

- Executive Assistant

- Project Coordinator

- Office Administrator/Coordinator

Slack

Google Workspace

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

QuickUp Experience (or similar systems i.e. Monday.com, etc.)

Project Managment

Social Media Experience
